You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when opening an account. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.
Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify the ne999 support team immediately.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

- All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete.

- If any suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, ne999 reserves the right to place the relevant withdrawal on hold pending investigation.
- For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank are accepted.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
ne999 offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its users. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:
Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳28,000.
Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus may have its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, ne999 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.
- The specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be converted to cash.
- Each bonus is usable only once per household, device, or IP address.
- In any dispute regarding bonus offers, ne999's decision will be considered final.
5. VIP Program Terms
ne999 operates a five-tier VIP loyalty program for its regular and valued players. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

6. Fair Play & Responsible Conduct

Prohibited Conduct
- Using bots, automated software, or any fraudulent methods.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or engaging in any form of fraud.

- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- If evidence of providing a false identity or age is found.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- If money laundering is suspected or upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
Users may also contact ne999 Support at any time to close their own account. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure, however approved bonuses or rewards where conditions have not been met may be forfeited where applicable.
